Having been in practice for a combined 30+ years, we are very well versed in understanding how the body moves and how to educate you in how to move it.
Dan, Dylan and Anthony have worked closely with a number of trainers in the past to achieve the best outcomes for his clients and is now excited to have the facility to train you himself!

What should you expect from a session with us?

  • An initial chat over coffee to discuss your expectations and to see if we would 'fit'

  • Help getting you motivated!

  • A thorough history and physical examination to best understand how your body moves and where we need to start

  • It's all about function! no machines or fancy devices - all exercises are done using either a bar bell, dumbbells, bodyweight, cable machines or whatever you have at home/your gym

  • A tailored program, given under supervision - initially designed to ensure you have the basic movements mastered (squat, hip hinge, pull, press and carry) before moving onto more complex movements

  • Take home exercises and/or a program for you to implement in your 'usual' gym (if you have one)

  • Someone to hold you accountable...
